• Vehicle parking at start-finish for the duration of the weekend

• Pre Recorded video pre-ride meeting (as well as optional pre ride parking lot brief)

• GPS route files provided

• Drive/Ride through package pick up at the start lot

• Small Weekender team!

• Optional overnight bag drop zone with sanitization available.

• Outdoor coffee and morning snack station

• Suggested Staggered start windows (10min start window per distance with optional ride guide- follow social channels to learn more about them!)

• Ride snack stations

• Checkpoint punch card

• On route support vehicle in case of unmanageable breakdowns

• bike wash on day 1

• Handshake free bike wash at the host hotel (including tip jar!)

• Socially distanced end of ride thank you, optional photo and goodies :)

reminders - Changes for the 2021 Weekender Simcoe compared to previous editions:

• We will no longer be doing your hotel booking! (it's cheaper if you book yourself anyways)

• You must book your own room anywhere you please. Originally this was an optional add on. (Home base will be at the Quality Inn, Midland).

• We will provide a list of restaurants that are open in addition to local providers who offer take out and delivery meals. You are free to eat where and what you like. (bring a bike lock!)

Luggage transport from Barrie to Midland and Back

• Weekender Bag tag.

• Saturday, October 23- Your overnight bag will be transferred from day 1 ride start to Quality inn and Conference center Midland.

• Sunday, October 24 - Overnight bags will be picked up and transported to the ride finish.

  *Please -one bag per rider.

We suggest using a bag that you can ride with for a short distance IF YOU HAVE NOT booked at the Quality inn and conference center Midland.
